A place of calm in a busy city


 Rodney Street is a Georgian terrace with a concentration of doctors' surgeries, dentists, beauty therapists and complementary health practitioners. It is often compared to London's Harley Street in terms of the kudos the address can add to a practice.


Costs (all prices inclusive of heating and lighting)

Regular rentals

For a one-off sign-up fee of £50, regular users benefit from a lower rental of £12 per hour. This includes a security entry fob and door keys.


Casual rentals

Casual tenants are offered use of the room for a minimum of £20 per hour paid in advance. A one off admin/set up fee of £20 may also be applicable.



Practitioners must have their own public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. To conform with fire regulations, please do not use candles in the room.


Waiting area

There is a large communal waiting room on the ground floor and a small shared waiting area on the mezzanine landing. 


Tea/Coffee making facilities

 There is an electric kettle, fridge and sink in the first floor therapy room. On the second floor there are tea/coffee making facilities in the public area. 

Parking and Public Transport

There is metered parking (with a max 2 hour stay) in and around Rodney Street with charges 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm. An app can be downloaded for easier payment. There is also 24 hour parking at the Anglican Cathedral that overlooks Rodney Street.

Lime Street Station is a 15 minute walk from the premises.
